Coming to a town near you... Philly, NY, NJ, NC, CO, Jupiter...
Greetings fellow human beings.
Hoping you are all feeling snug in your bones.
It is a rainy October evening over here, and we are, unmistakably on the brink yet again. The meditation of the seasons and learning that o-so-repetitive lesson of impermanence... one of these days i'll get it.. maybe.. only to have it disappear, transmute, gone again. Sly little fox.. Shifty sand through the fingers of time. Ahhhh well......
Today brings rain which i welcome in as warmly as i always do. A slower pace. A book and a candle. 'Twas not the case these last days, though- my first forays into a fall of the southern sort have been so nice. Long spacious warm billowing skies with the gentle chill rounding out day into night- brings a skip to the step that cant be denied. The leaves were whispering, scheming their mischievous outburst of color. Peering ahead, just around the corner, I can see and feel everything cast in the glow of a harvest hue. It is hard not to reflect that landscape of proud passion with a fire in my heart.
I'm exited to be heading up north and then out west to ritualistically invite in, these most magical moments. To feast our eyes and fill out hearts..
Below is a list of fall offerings... i'll be heading back to one of my homes- so thrilled to be back in Philly, then climbing north to the cute and the quaint, Lambertville, NJ. No trip into the north country is complete without dippin in to apple-town- NYC... Brooklyn to be exact.. then up river for sprawling vistas and more utter cutenesses- Hudson River Valley-ites, come play!
For friends in the hills of CO, i'll be in Boulder and Steamboat Springs, as if life could get any more beautiful....
And wherever you may be, let us all throw kindling to the flames with reckless abandon, don our favorite sweaters, and fall in love with the world all over again..
