Spring 'n luv 'n stuff

Dearest Women of Philadelphia
(or gents, feel free to pass along..),

The undeniable murmurings of spring are percolating underfoot and and it all seems so very appropriately timed as we reach our halfway mark in the Ladies Luv Sessions. The seeds of wisdom we've been planting are germinating, sprouting, and provoking so much growth alongside the springtime emergence of new life, it seems. It has been quite a remarkable sensation. If you have been thinking of joining us, there is still time.. swing on through for one or both of our final sessions. It has been an incredible group of women diving into some powerful practices and standing with and for one another as we do so.

With the turn of the growing season there is often an array of feelings, thoughts, and emotions that arise. Some of the things that have had time to come to the fore in the stillness of winter, are better seen in the unflinching view of the sun. And so, what better time to bring to consciousness the archetype of the Hindu goddess, Durga, in all of her courage, strength, ferocious love, and even anger as she discerns and then rids us of our inner demons to hold fiercely that which is good. And who better to guide us through than the ever-amazing Sally Miller. It's promised to be a beautifully powerful day!
