Homegrown Yoga Boulder!
Happy season of warmth my friends ~
So many warm thoughts coming your way as we head in to the warmer bits of the year - may it coincide with an uptick in the warmth of your own ticker :)
Personal unfoldings have landed me in the majesty of the Colorado Mountains, with one little toe frequently dipping down in to the soils of Mexico, and life is good.
If you find yourself in the vacinity of abruptly, absurdly, and such absolutely, rising pieces of earth, often referred to as the Flatirons this summer, please join me for any or all of the following..
