Michelle Sanders
After practicing yoga for almost 20 years, Michelle started teaching Yin Yoga in 2016 after falling in love with its calming and therapeutic benefits. However, after a few years Michelle was looking for more variation and she began looking for her next training. After her first Kaiut Yoga class, she knew that would be her next path of study. She completed several intensive trainings in 2019 with the creator of the method, Francisco Kaiut, and began teaching.
The Kaiut Yoga Method was designed for the modern mind and body. With biomechanics and mobility as its foundation, it approaches the body through the joints resulting in greater freedom of movement and vitality.
Michelle brings her love of teaching with her understanding of the Kaiut Yoga Method to create classes that are truly accessible for every body.
