It is snowing today. The meditation of watching snowfall is so provocative. No wonder the eskimos have 52 words for the word snow. It was that meaningful to them. Laying here on your backs, as if the roof could be lifted right off the building, allow yourself to watch these tiny pieces succumb to the pull of gravity with their lilting gentle dance on the way.

Savasana- feel what is here at the end of your practice, in Sanskrit there are 96 words for love. take a moment to acknowledge the gigantic gift you just gave yourself. Presencing, watching, getting real to, all that is here in this body, this life. A prayer, a thanks, a sweeping gesture of love in the form of breath, sweeps through. Interconective, jovial and free like the 52 forms of snow dancing in your bones. Take rest in the joy and beauty and the freedom of what it is to be you.
