YOGA, MEDIATION, NEUROSCIENCE, HEALING INQUISITIVE DIALOGUE, CREATIVITY, PRANAYAMA, VISIONING, FOOD & NUTRITION, CIRCADIAN WISDOM, COACHING & LIFE DESIGN, TRAUMA WORK, SISTERHOOD, MUSIC, CONSCIOUS BUSINESS, RELATIONAL TRAINING, AND MORE.
EMBODYING ALL OF OURSELVES- ALL OF OUR BEAUTY AND ALL OF OUR MESS- SO THAT WE SHOW UP BIG FOR EACH OTHER AND FOR THE PLANET.

FOR THESE 5 WEEKS, ALL THE YOGA CLASSES WILL BE INCLUDED. —> HAVING A PHYSICAL PRACTICE IS OUR BEDROCK. IT IS WHAT WE RETURN TO AGAIN AND AGAIN IN ORDER TO LISTEN, BECOME STRONG AND RESILIENT, TO HEAL OUR PAST, OUR GRIEF, AND OUR TRAUMA, TO INTEGRATE, REORGANIZE AND RELEASE, AND TO BE READY FOR WHAT IS KNOCKING AT OUR DOOR.

Meets on Sunday mornings at 9am MT for content and mind training 
Wednesday evenings at 6pm MT for circle support and share
All yoga through the week included for you (recordings provided if timing doesn’t work for your schedule)
One-on-one coaching/design session scheduled to your convenience
