Bellow $18- financially insecure
$18-25- the value of the class
$25-30- if you want to help pay forward to make up for our friends that cant afford much at the moment, or if it was particularly valuable to you.
Please offer what feels right to you.

The goal is to have as many of us feeling as incredible in our bodies as possible, so that we can show up big for our beautiful lives.

TAG-TEAMED SCULPTURE YOGA

Sculpture Garden Yoga- Restorative/Yin Yoga Mash-up~

Co-taught with Alyssa Decaro, visiting teacher from Berkeley, California.

Bask in the shadow of sculpture, the sounds of the river, and the ease of gentle yoga.

Live music on site at Eldorado Springs Art Center (8 Chesebro Way, Eldorado Springs, CO).

Tune in or come at 5pm MST to share or listen to inspired written word, and/or join us at 6.15pm (8.15pm EST) for a restful class alongside art and friends.

Please bring your own props and matt and come pre-peed as best you can- we will have an emergency facility but if you can arrange to take care of such things, it is much appreciated :)
