Every month a different yoga teacher form the community will be leading us through our practice.
November: Veronique Foster
Experience and Background:
Veronique Foster, MBA, was raised in France and moved to Boulder 22 years ago, after a successful career in finance in NYC. She then began to study Buddhism, Metaphysics and Yoga. She practiced Vinyasa yoga before discovering Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan® in 2008. More than any other disciplines, Kundalini yoga has brought her joy and peace in the face of major life challenges. She became certified in 2016.
Personal Philosophy:
Everyone has a role and responsibility in making a better world. We live in an exciting but challenging period, the dawn of the Aquarian Age, and this Age invites us to revitalize our connection to the divine. To this end, I have found Kundalini yoga to be a very effective technology. It gives us the strong nerves to deal with the digital age and helps us clear our subconscious with the use of mantras and postures.
