Meditation: the Poetics of Presence and Loving Stillness
Has Meditation been something you’ve always wanted to weave into your world, but never quite known how? Is it a practice that you dip your toe in and then find weeks months and even years where it isn’t part of your day? Is it something that you engage regularly but feel there is another level of embodiment ready for you to drench yourself in?
I would love to have you join us beginning next week if you are able for three weeks of really starting to stitch this practice into our lives, and watch everything get alchemized right before your very (closed) eyes.
Together, we will understand how this articulation of the masculine and feminine the yin, and the yang, is the greatest love affair you’ve ever known. We will dissect the ways in which it is the most potent form of activism – social, environmental, and otherwise. We will take note of how deeply nourishing it is for body and mind. And above all else, learn how this very practice can be the way in which we wrap ourselves in peace, just as the title of above painting so beautifully indicates.
