This workshop will shed some light on the all too prevalent burden of shame inside of our culture and our physical bodies. We will talk about the ramifications of this feeling inside of our relational, energetic, and psychological worlds, and then look at how the body holds on to shame, the patterns it assumes, at the expense of what, and how also to relinquish shame and regain an alignment to our deepest sense of self and to a most generous earthly power.
This workshop utilizes the gifts of containers such as Yoga, dialogue, inquiry into the unconscious, journal reflection, anatomical analysis, and sharing & witnessing. We will witness the intelligence of our own coping and organizing principles. The increasingly important work of unearthing the intergenerational relics as well as those that came in during our own lifetimes, opens up a spaciousness that might give way to acceptance, peace, and the dawn of a new day & way.
