Catalogued inside of this library are classes upon classes- shelf after shelf of them, inviting you into your own body, that chapter by chapter, page after page, we might come to know something far wider and wiser by pausing to know our true selves.

No two classes are the same and they are created to rouse and restore both the body and the mind alike, as well as speak to that eternal flame that rests in us all. Each class is inspired by the beauty found in literature, nature, science, art, and/or history, and at the same time, follows the bread crumbs left by the life force itself, creating and unfurling as only life can do.

The words or historical events will be found in the first lesson of your purchase, and the practice itself, in the second.

Artful VINYASA FLOW

A practice that strengthens as much as it stretches. Each pose is creatively strung down the line of breath and awareness and is a process of life unfolding itself. Both inspired by dance and principles of alignment, it will challenge and inspire, as well as unearth and resolve.

 

 

RESTORATIVE/YIN YOGA MASH-UP

Pulling from traditions that help us get deeply quiet, this practice is catered to the nervous system and also to mindfully bringing greater range of motion and alignment into the body. Rejuvenating as it resets, this practice helps us land, quieten the mind, and bring about a sense of deep and lasting renewal.

 

 

GUIDED MEDITATION

20 minutes of led meditation- perfect for the beginner or a wonderful launching pad for those that want to sit for longer stretches of time. Using principles of neuroscience and ancient wisdom alike, we use the mind and imagination to literally land in order to transcend. Down and through as opposed to up and out, the cues and anatomical pointers, bring us back home so that we can know true peace in the here and the now.
