Hearts still aflutter ~

Part 2 of hearts.. apologies for delay. I, like so many of us, needed a few days to feel. More on this to come but for now, I just want to say how deeply saddened I am at what we are capable of as a species and simultaneously how renewed I am in my belief in these practices that take us inside of our own bodies to build deep peace, find integration, and investigate the origins of things. Right now it is going to be a lot of triaging but when the time is right, I believe so vehemently that working to bring peace to our own system, to align with this planet, and then from there to be in wise relationship IS the way to another way (incidentally, these are the 3 tenets and pillars around which Earthbound Broads revolves).

And now, something I am very excited about.

✨ Nourished to the Bone ✨
A retreat for women to find deep rest, refined replenishment, and soul level restoration through yoga, food, gifts from the earth, sisterhood & meditation.

December 1-3.

The holidays are a time when we all give so much to so many. Smack dab in the middle of it all, this retreat is designed to help you come back to yourself, connect to your body and heart, connect to your practices, and therefore move into the season and back into your spheres with alignment to what it is you care about most and with the energy you want to give it.

From the perch of a beautiful goddess den on the outskirts of Boulder, you can expect all of the following:

Daily yoga sessions
Daily meditation practices
Daily hiking excursions
Daily inspirational content
Free time to reflect and rejuvenate
3 daily delicious and nourishing meals
2 nights' accommodation
Sauna
Gifts from the Earth
Women coming together to do that thing that we do- enjoy the heck out of each other and restore balance to the universe ;)

This retreat is slumber-party style so you will be sharing space (unless you want to come as a commuter). Space is limited, so let us know :)

If you’d like to find a pause and some genuine care in an otherwise whirly time of year, join us for sacred practice on sacred earth. Dm~

In love & awe,

Julia
