Happy LOVE day~

Hi beautiful friends~

I saw this image yesterday and it struck me as the sweetest statement of deep love.

How does it land with you?

I hope you are all finding ways of landing deeper in your hearts (however unexpected those ways may be), that are attuned to both personal power and mystery (a combo you may have heard about in class this morning :)).

Listed below are a few things for you to help foster compassion and tune up the deep down of the love machine (insert gravelly voice) that you are :

EarthBound Broads Registration now open~

It is that time of year, and nothing gets me quite as exited as this.

BEGINNING MARCH 20
and running for 5 weeks alongside your springtime emergence.

EBB is a small group of women that gather twice a year to learn how to deepen into themselves and into the planet, that they might be in better service to ‘We’.

All learning will be grounded in a body practice- when we change our state, we are more able to anchor deep shift. It is about shedding and shedding and shedding some more so that we come back to those original embers which are all so unique and different to each and every one of us- and that is a fact we celebrate deeply. We utilize written word, neuroscience, ancient wisdom practices, nature, and the momentum of women supporting women to come home in ways we never knew possible.

Additional Particulars:
~Meets on Sunday mornings at 9am MT for content and practices

Join us live~

It is still so fun to practice with you in real time- it’s amazing to me the ripple and wave that are created when we come together to practice- and right from the comfort of your living room. Don’t even worry about changing out of your pj’s (you’ll be in good company), just get in here and get yourself feeling goooooood. It’s imperative.

Mondays we’ve been doing Anatomically Artful with an anatomy theme for our flow which is sweet to the bone.

See schedule below and join us any time. Only an hour and you rearrange the mental furniture in ways you hadn’t thought of. Cuz this stuff has nothing to do with the ‘noodled’ route!

Francy Pants~

One of our retreat goers has been affected by the fires and just let us know she won’t be able to join us sadly.
It does, however, open up one spot for the spring retreat in France. May 28- June 4.

Email me if you’d like to engage a retreat and respite of the French persuasion- first come ~

Song~

This one has been on repeat since the new year..

Poem~

My dear friend Dawn wrote this one after the fires up here in Boulder County. It was published in the local papers but I think it deserves some continued press.

All Forms Will Have an End

991 homes were burned into oblivion
On Thursday, December 30th, 2021.

The fire did not discriminate.
If the houses were beautifully kept
Or cluttered and in need of cleaning,
If the people inside were satisfied or sad,
Aching or afraid,
If the objects inside were artistic and treasured
Or used in a perfunctory way,
The fire simply destroyed them all.

The wind was relentless, gusting up to 115 mph.

That morning, I saw my neighbor’s
Garbage disappear in an instant
Into the sky.

It’s unsettling, even inside, to hear the wind
In such a restless, violent state.
We are powerless against such forces.

We know all forms will have an end.
But how can the disappearance
Be so quick and thorough?

When my mom died,
It seemed so heartless that her things
Outlasted her.

She gathered and cared for
Beautiful things
Like her mother before her.

I don’t think she knew,
I don’t think I knew,
That, at the end,
She was all I wanted.

More love~

Ruminating on Rumi..

“When I try to write about love the pen breaks and the paper slips away”

Have fun tossing it all to the wind my friends.

May the heart reign, finally and forever...

Love on,

Julia
